Riviera Heights History

Riviera Heights Subdivision was originally formed in the early 1970's, with 701 lots for sale. Due to merging of lots Riviera Heights Subdivision currently has 657 lots with 259 homes and 524 owners. At this time there are twelve homes under construction.

Riviera Heights sold their Water CO. in August of 1992 to Lake County Special Districts out of Lakeport. We believe we have the purist water around the lake.

Riviera Heights Homeowners Association has much to offer property owners. Please find included in this web site the wonderful amenities the Riviera Heights has to offer.

Clubhouse

For a small fee, homeowners are able to rent the clubhouse for parties and other events.  The VIP Ladies of the Riviera Heights, offer luncheons, dinners and other parties throughout the year for the homeowners to attend and get to know each other.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. Each year the Association offers a pool opening party for the members on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.
